Filtering Your View
Customize how you see and navigate your database entries.

Use the search bar to find entries by:
- Entry ID (e.g., "DT-001")
- Any field value containing the search term
Column Visibility
Click the View button to show/hide columns:
- Check/uncheck columns to show/hide
- Your preferences are saved per database
- Reset to defaults if needed
Dropdown Filters
For fields with dropdown or multi-select formats, use the faceted filters to show only entries matching selected values.
Archived Entries
Open the View menu and use the Archived Entries toggle to include or exclude archived entries from the table.
Saved Views
Save reusable views so you and your team can switch between different column, sort, and filter configurations. Saved views live in the View menu:
- Create a view - Configure the table how you like, then save your current configuration as a named view
- Load a view - Select any saved view to instantly apply its configuration
- Rename or delete - Manage existing views from the same menu
Saving View Preferences
Your view configuration (visible columns, sorting, filters) is automatically saved:
- Personal - Your preferences override schema defaults
- Schema Defaults - Administrators can set defaults for everyone
Click Save Default View to save your current view as the schema default.
Importing and Exporting Data
Open the actions menu (the vertical ellipsis to the right of the entries toolbar) to move data in and out of a database:
- Export Data - Choose JSON (Schema + Entries), JSON (Schema Only), or CSV (Entries Only)
- Import Data - Open the import dialog to load entries into the current database
